Clinical Somatics founder, Thomas Hanna, identified and developed movements to help us recognise, appreciate and get away from problematic patterns caused by our holding onto these muscle tension patterns when we don’t need them.
The movements you will experience in this workshop free up some key areas of tightness & tension, and enable you to experience & understand the control you can have to combat your own pain, through gentle, safe movement…
