Release Tension in Your Neck, Shoulders & Centre with Essential Somatic Movements
This workshop will help you release areas of muscle tightness & tension that may be holding you back from moving more freely, and causing you pain, especially in your neck and shoulders – perhaps showing up as ‘RSI’, ‘carpal tunnel’, or headaches.
Thinking through how you might be suffering from uncomfortable habituated patterns, you’ll learn slow, gentle but powerful Essential Somatic Movements to increase awareness of how YOU can take back control of your muscles, freeing yourself to combat pain & discomfort in your own soma.
You’ll experience the effects of Essential Somatic Movements as we work with our hands, arms, neck, shoulders, feet and whole body to find ways to ease away from neck and shoulder pain and discomfort that can be so debilitating and hard to shift – and can start at the very centre of our being.
If you suffer from aches, pain, or tension in your neck, hands, shoulders and elsewhere (and have been told ‘it can’t be helped’, or ‘it’s your age’); if you want to improve your enjoyment or performance of everyday activities such as walking, cycling, yoga, or just working at your desk, then these workshops are for you!
