WORKSHOP: GENTLE MOVEMENT TO EASE TENSION IN YOUR HIPS, BACK & WHOLE BODY

A gentle but effective introduction to Essential Somatic Movement, helping you use simple movements to ease away stress and tension held in your body: a great start to a new year!

You’ll learn some of the basics about how ‘clinical somatics’ works, and how you can learn to use it at home, through learning some movements to help your back, hips and whole body feel more at ease, and understanding how the movements work.
